my status for FSW application has also changed from "IN PROCESS" to "DECISION MADE" and i have not received MEDICAL request from CHC but just sent my PR application to CIO and that Application has not been received by them yet and i am gonna send my WP application in next week.....is that status change bad news or good news for me ?

but how should i check my PNP status?
by which number should i check my PNP STATUS?FILE NUMBER? NEW ASSIGNED NUMBER? WHICH NUMBER?

For Pakistani Applicants....

1) i am confused and a little bit disappoint that why should we submit the POLICE CERTIFICATE again to Islamabad Embassy for our WORK PERMIT application?

2) i know for them MINOR CHILDREN are those who are from 6 to 18 and they might fill the application for study permit...but what about for those children who are 2 years and 3 years old?

3) are they really asking to us for ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS FOR OUR EDUCATION?

4) by the way all the original docs are submitted when every thing is final and just to give visa to applicant.....BUT our medical is not done yet and they are asking original docs from us? why is it so?

I've noticed that for WP application there are 2 visa processing centers in India: New Delhi and Chandigarh. But there is a big difference between the processing time for both the centers. New Delhi: 1 and Chandigarh: 4 months.
How is the center determined? Is there a choice between these 2 centers? Can I choose?
I belong to Punjab and orignally my application was from Punjab only. So, geographically Chandigarh should be the center. But now I'm settled in Delhi and my recent address in the application is of Delhi.
So my question is can I choose between the 2 or will it be determined by CIC as appllication will go to CIC Sydney?
Has anyone faced a similar situation for other countries?

Appreciate the help and guidance in this matter.

I think or PR only new delhi deal.
and for work permit ...u have to mail ur application where u think it is best for u
so cic sydney had no role in sending application for wp...

Hi I Don't understand what you are trying to say.
I did not mean that CIC will file my OWP application. What I meant was: Will CIC choose the Visa Center according to my geography or I can chose it according to my convinence. There is a big difference b/w processing times of both centers. waiting 4-5 months for OWP really defeats the purpose of speedy migration in my opinion.
Has anyone already applied?

A month ago I got a support letter, today I decided to apply for WP from England office.
The office accept online applications.
I know answers on all questions except of:
What type of work permit do you want to apply for?
When I select: A work permit for provincial nominee certificate holder.
At the end I have a form to upload documents:
1. Offer of employment
2. Employment Contract
3. Proof that you meet the requirements of the job being offered
I don't know what to submit instad of the documents, should I submit support letter ?

And another question:
I am going to immigrate to Canada with my wife, and I read here on forum that I should not to apply for work permit for my wife, is it correct?

It is upto u where u want to apply .
As u are in delhi apply there only.
coz this wp is to be forwarded to local canada visa office.
I got confused when u wirte CIC because CIC is only in canada.
