Thanks for advice.
Which are other provinces and when they will open?
SINP is opened now, what is the exact procedure or steps to apply for SINP online?
Waiting for reply

I was going through this thread,
http://www.sacanada.org/topic/20028-provincial-nominee-programs-2016/?page=1

and there the status of all the provinces are mentioned. I am not sure if there are any provinces where we can apply without getting invited. but one for sure is that you need to select the provinces that you are interested in, in the express entry system while creating a profile. that way i think that we will get invited whenever the nominations for that province open up.(Assuming that other provinces dont have a glitch that Ontario had and they were only considering profiles that were created after a certain date. Profiles created before that particular date were ignored even if they satisfied their criteria. this happened to me).

Hello Freinds,

Can i still apply for SINP. Is there any comprehensive step by step guide to apply for SINP?

My Occupation Code is in SINP Demand Occupation List - 2171.

Accept the nomination and wait for your status update to add the extra 600 points to your existing points. The total should show up in you MyCIC account. After that you just wait till you receive an ITA. Cheers and good luck!!!

Hello,

One of my friend get PT yesterday, he have a CLB9 in French and CLB6 in English and CRS 482.

That means Ontario send PT to person who have at least CLB 7 in French as they said.

Good Luck.

Hello

French speakers stream is not stopped. they are still sending PT for candidates. Only the hyman capital stream is stopped up to coming november. but for your friend, with 482, no need for provincial nomination, he can receive directly an ITA from CIC.

Infact should have already received an ITA in the last draw!

The last draw was 483 and this day to 488!!!

Don't worry, it won't stay this high forever - they are just trying to clear their backlog. I am sure the average CRS will go down in the next couple of draws as the ITA numbers increase. Stay positive :)

That's terrible. But hopefully the next draw! Fingers crossed.

Hello Friends,

How much time it takes to get a call from Ontario if your CRS is above 400. Do you suggest to land in Toronto for Teachers and Do you think Toronto is the right place to get a break in the Canada. I heard Toronto is very competitive in terms of getting a job. If not Toronto could you suggest the place where we can settle down initially with minimum budget once we get good job then we always move on.

Thanks in advance.

Hi! There is no definite time frame to receive nomination from Ontario - I received it in 3 days after I created my EE profile (which I had to later withdraw after receiving ITA). I have seen other people waiting for nomination for 3 to 4 months with scores over 400. It completely depends on your overall educational qualification and your relevant NOC plus a host of other reasons, which is not dependant only on overall score.
In terms of getting jobs as a Teacher, this link may help: http://www.prepareforcanada.com/career-pathways/teaching/teaching-employment/requirements-to-work-as-a-teacher-in-canada/
Toronto is one of the most popular destinations and is considered to be the most multicultural, so I guess it will be competitive. Below is a better thread for settlement related questions:
