Hello, I have a question about recreating the profile. When I do it, should I just withdraw the application and send a new one? Or should I erase the whole profile, GCKey and job bank account and start all over from the Come to Canada Tool?

Thank you.

The fact that they are issuing NOIs to french-speaking stream applicants is already well known. It's the english-speaking stream that's struggling.

There is no "English-Speaking Stream", as someone can qualify for the Human Capital Priorities Stream by entering a CLB 7 French test result without the need for an English test.

Hi
Only withdraw your current application and create a new one.

Hi, I want to understand how did you became ineligible suddenly. Since you said NOC was incorrect, was it identified by you or did you receive any message from CIC that NOC is not right? I want to know because I got similar ineligibility message and I blamed it all on my consultant. Can it be a technical error also?

Hi, sorry for the delay to reply !!
I have choose 2133 as main NOC job. I was on 2133 up to Feb 2007, after that I have occupied positions under 0211 till now. As my previous profile was created last Feb, I had 1 year experience on 2133 when profile was created (EE consider only the last 10 years experience.). After one month, I became ineligible as my experience on 2133 became 11 months. It was very complicated to understand why hhhh!!

Its been almost two and a half months gone since Ontario sent PTs to English speaking stream. Guys; what is your latest take on it and when will Ontario start re-sending PTs?
Its a very desperate situation for people with CRS above 400 and less than 450!!!!!

People are guessing May 5-th to be "The Day" because of new financial requirements announced to begin at that day. If it's not - then no idea.

You should deactivate your job bank too. Then recreate another one and register in job bank again.

No need to register again for Job bank. In the existing job bank account simply update your new EE profile number and Job Seeker code.

Can you please further elaborate what is meant by the "new financial requirements" and any relevant links.

Hi Guys just a FYI

April 18 2016
I have renewed my EE Profile , so I can get a new NOI from Ontario
I heard about : OIPNP stopped sending , quotas of NOI , etc... , so I was anxious

But it worked , I got a within 3 hours a new NOI from OIPNP.
Since I am qualified through the OIPNP FSSW : http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNP_EE_FRENCH.html

so that Automated NOI sending is working. ( for OIPNP FSSW )

Hi Tanit

I think that notifications are still sent only to french speakers stream. me too I am french speaker and I am waiting for AOR since 02/03/2016. I hope they will not delay more than 2 months

There you go: http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPNEW.html

Notice this part:
For applicants who have applied on or after May 6, 2016

People are guessing that May 6-th could be some important day for OINP, therefore, there is a chance that invitations a scheduled to restart that day too. Although, there is absolutely no other proof this is true.

Thanks for the link mate. On reading it, I would agree that its a "HOPE" that something may happen (restart the nominations / issue a bulk set of nominations).

Is it good to delete the old profile and create new one on may6th or it really doesn't matter. In that specified link it doesn't say anything specified for issuing the PT's. it was saying about the moving funds. Thanking you in advance guys.

Nobody knows, there were no official statement of any kind - only speculation.

Yes, it does not. As I said, there is no official statement, so people are gathering any dates they can find and label them "probably related".

That notice was published on 8-Apr-2016. They need to give a 4 weeks notice before effecting the changes so 8-Apr +4 weeks = 6-May-2016.

So there is nothing special about 6-May .
