I am preparing my docs after recieving PT Notification of Interest from Ontario.....i have a question regarding the $1500 Draft....I heard that we have to get this draft issued from a Public Sector (Govt Bank) as the Ontario authorities accept those drafts only...Is it tru? Plz guide

I don't think that's the case. If you scroll through this thread, you can find info about people preparing draft from ICICI, HDFC etc..
These days banks are asking for Form15CA and CB which needs to be prepared by a chartered accountant.

I don't think so too. As long as it's a recognized financial institution in your country and is capable of issuing a DD in Canadian dollars, you should be fine.

Hi All, I have recreated my profile on 12 Oct with 401 CRS points in NOC 1122, hoping for a PT notification, nothing yet. I know it has slowed down as there are only 2700 nominations for OOPNP for the current year and there may be only a few left. Waiting for a direct ITA may well go into mid of next year if they ever decide to come down from 450 points. Hoping!

Well that happened quickly. Received notification of interest from ON last night, 4 days after recreating my profile. So that puts to rest the questions if they are still sending notifications. Next step -> Submit application.

I have received a letter of interest from Ontario. Does that mean that now I am eligible to apply Ontario province for nomination?

It's really strange how Ontario picks up only the recently created profiles for PT. What is the good time during a week to recreate a profile? How many times can one recreate a profile?

I know there's no logic to it but recreate it on a Tuesday and get an invite on Friday .. LOL. I did the same . No logic. But whatever works, right?

Friends couple of quick questions (after waiting for the 16th Oct draw which never took place) decided to complete my Ontario Nomination.

1) Is there any acceptance email that need to be sent before the entire set of documents along with the fee of 1500 dollars?
2) Do we have to send a closed envelope of education transcripts from the university or will a self attested copy do?

My current score : 451

Hi Friends.. Just understood that post receiving the consideration from Ontario provincial nomination,
1) all the documents has to be send through courier and not electronically.
2) Bit confused as the application guide says that it will not accept Credit Card, however we have the form "IMM5620E" that has the CC details.

I received a PT notification way back in September and submitted my file on 14th september but still have not recieved a Acknowledgment letter. Can anyone advice when can i expect it? Even i send an email to enquire but no response yet.

Do they give priorities to high scores first? since mine is 400. What if they don't process it till December will the file be returned or it shall be processed in January 2016?

No.

I don't understand what you mean by self attested. Also note that the requirement of attested transcripts and degrees is for Canadian credentials only. From the application guide:
If you have a Canadian degree, provide the following documentation:
o A certified true copy of your degree granted from an academic institution in Canada; AND
o Official transcripts submitted by you in the original sealed envelope from the academic institution in Canada that granted the degree.
