Hi Guys,
I have recently received the acknowledgement for Provincial nominee program- Express entry under Human capital stream. Recently, I have got a call from the PNP officer asking for a additional document (stated below).
Verifiable confirmation from the employer stating that my position would be permanent upon acquiring the Permanent residence status.

I currently work on a work permit W1 (processed from my home country) for my employer. After communication of the same with my HR manager and delivery lead, got to know that they will not be able to provide any verifiable confirmation in this regard.
Has anyone got this kind of a situation. Please let me know if you have any ideas on this.

Thanks

Hi,

How can I update my information in the OINP Timelines sheet

Mina

The amount of PT's being issued have reduced considerably in the last few weeks. Maybe they have exhausted the quota for this year. However, you can try resubmitting your profile. Many people have got it by resubmitting.

Have you submitted OINP yet?

Hello,

Kindly I need your help.

I have received a notification of interest to apply for OINP.

While I was reading the required documents for employment it says
"3. You are currently working or have worked in an occupation that is regulated in Ontario and requires mandatory certification or licensing in Ontario. You must submit proof of Ontario certification and/or license."

I am working as an engineer for the last 6 years outside of Canada, and since Engineering is a regulated profession, does that mean that I cannot apply to OINP unless I get a license from Ontario?

Hello Guys, is it true that OINP won't be reviewing any application in December and January? I read that somewhere here in this forum. Also, does it mean that If I submit my EE profile, I won't be receiving a PT from Ontario on those months or it means that applications that are sent on those months won't be under review until February?

Thanks in advance.

At least that is what is mentioned in the following page:

Please check this page, specifically under the Header 'Service Standards'

http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPNEW.html

Please note that Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program does not process applications during the months of January and December and that time accumulated during this period is not included in the processing time calculation for applications.

You can reach out to them and find out if this holds good as I see that this news is more than a year old.

Hi,

How will Ontario know that you have applied within 45 days after receiving the PT Interest? Is there a link that you need to click?
Or is it the date when you sent your application to them? Or perhaps the AOR? Thanks

Ontario will know because they have your EE profile number. When they key in your EE profile number, it is very obvious that they will be able to see the date of PT.

I agree with rajkamalmohanram. Make sure you submit it before the 45 day deadline or it will be returned

Thank you!
