My profile would have expired today 02/24/17. I withdrew the old profile and created a new one yesterday 02/23/17 at 11:00AM using the same GC Key, deactivated my Job Bank Registration and reactivated it using the new EE Profile number and job seeker validation code. By 3:40PM same day I got NOI from Ontario. In my opinion I don't think it would hurt for you to do the profile recreation now. Step out in faith.

one of my friends received NOI today. He created his profile in August last year so i don't think there is a difference between old profile or new profile. his score is 409.
May be just wait a little longer to see if you receive NOI. They might have some criteria based on NOC codes. I don't know his NOC but he is in finance domain (analyst/manager)

Had he made any modifications in profile recently? I think transmitting updated profile may also be considered by the system. I planned to do that but then recreated profile to avoid risk of delay.

They know that most of them will reject or will have their 1500 wasted. Because people with scores of 402, 406, 405, 409 are reporting NOIs. So may be that should be the case

It is not. There is one person with CRS 440 listed in the tracker. The only limit is when the EE was activated. It has to be activated on or after 21.2.2017. This is visible from the tracker.

I think it does not matter as Ontario would have preferred to have people near the federal ITA benchmark so that they can cashed their non-refundable fee, whilst keeping their nomination when people got ITA and thus withdraw OINP application.

It is likely that OINP give NOI based on NOC, no matter what's the score because as the name suggests, it is called human capital...

I got NOI under French stream; my score is 419. I'm quite impatient and excited because I might get ITA before nomination or even earlier if 30 bonus points is awarded for Francophone. That will be soon... we are nearly in March

How to write Letter of Intent: I don't have any friends, relatives, no one in Ontario and I don't know anyone and I also never visit Ontario. Then in this case how to write letter of Intent.

Another important query regarding my experience :

1. Worked in Management institute/College which is affiliated by University and AICTE, New Delhi as Assistant Professor from Feb., 2010 till Feb., 2014 - It will come under NOC 4011 code or 4021 code.

2. From March, 2014 till Jan., 2016 worked under NOC code-4021 (Vocational Instructor)

3. From Jan., 2016 till Present working in University as an Assistant Professor- NOC Code 4011.

please tell how much experience under which code I will show and how much marks of experience I will get., because they says experience in same code.

Please guide.
