Has anyone received NOI today???
It's really frustrating, my score is 435, FSW, 6 year exp, CLB 9, still no NOI..
I don't know how ONIP system select the candidate. Is it manual or automatic

I got mine NOI today. Can I create my ONe-key account and register for OINP e-Filing Portal without submitting my application. Does the 14 days starts to count down once I register?

Congratulations! It seems as if your successful registration for OINP through the OneKey account begins the 14 day countdown. Not sure how this ties into a deadline/countdown from the 'day of receiving the LOI'. This 14 day deadline is confusing to many of us.

Hello friends I recreated my EE entry profile 3 days back and received the NOI yesterday morning. However i am a little confused. Do we need to register online through one key registration and upload all the documents within 14days ??

I know... Do u have any idea whether it's automatic system or manual system to select the profile from EE pool to for NOI

Kindly recreate your profile now. It has helped a few people who reported to receive PT NOI after profile recreation.
Select only "Ontario" as you province of interest. All the best.

I recreated on Feb 25 and it got into the pool on Feb 26. Right now it is open and job bank registration is met.

Why we should select only Ontario, I have select all provinces plus individual provinces also. Should I change it to Ontario only

Who knows, maybe they think that the candidates with points over 430 will be selected by EE anyway. And they don't want to risk the possible cancellations. I presume this might be also the real reason behind the new "14 days to apply" rule.

No wonder you did not get NOI. Either select Ontario and whatever other provinces you like but do not select ALL provinces option. Or select All province but nothing else. If you did it correctly you shall have disclaimer from Ontario about data collection. that one you must confirm. then you shall be visible.

2 applicants 2016 profiles are known in the tracker.

Hey andy lots of people who are listed have written NO ties with ontario then how come they got nominated?

I have seen andy's tracker and I cant think it is based on in demand NOC type of thing. Because some people who are working under 2171 got NOIs but some are waiting. And another example is NOC 4031/4032 also received NOI as we know that teacher is not an in demand occupation so I am clear now that this program is not NOC based. I think they are selecting randomly.
