I got the PPR from Buffalo.....getting stamped next week sometime....In person.

Thanks for this wonderful forum. I will update everyone after stamping....as there will be no landing experience from my side....I am already in Calgary

Hi All,

Just want to give you an update regards my passport stamping.

I went in person yesterday to have my passport stamped. I reached the HSBC building at 7:30 and was the first person in line to submit my passport. The lady asked for the letter sent by the embassy, photographs, and my passport. She returned the stamped passport, along with the COPR by 8:30.

Regards dates on the photos, I had my photographer stamp the date on the back of the photos, and this was accepted.

I plan to move to Calgary next Tuesday. I will post my landing experience once I land.

I thought they do in person stamping only on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 8 am to 11 am, atleast the email I got have sometime like that . I am also thinking to go next week. Had they doing it any day it would be mush easier for me. Please let me know if this correct

Congratulations on your visa stamping. Is it possible you were in Buffalo (HSBC) on Tuesday morning and not yesterday (Wednesday)? I got a letter from CIC Buffalo , they are asking the required documents
1. detailed reference letter from all of your current and former employers in the USA. starting job duties and salary.
2. w2 forms and proof of US income tax filing for all years of residence in the usa
3. 12 months of bank statements transaction history from all the accounts held in any country
4. proof of current immigration status in USA.

please share your and experience.

Stupidcupid; You are right. They stamp passports on Tuesdays and Thursdays only. Make sure you get there early. Good Luck !
