I just searched for Dilse's timeline.Hope he does not mind me sharing it.Just doing it so that it adds some information faster to the understanding.

Nomination : 12/10/2009
CIC Applied : 03/15/2010
Medial done : 07/25/2010
File Transfered to detroit : 10/09/2010
Additional documents request : 12/10/2010
PPR & RPRF: 01/10/2011

Again only Detroit , LA,NY are awake....Buffalo still needs to catchup...with this pace am thinking our files will get transferred later than previously thought first week of Feb. My idea is not to ruffle any feathers or spread depressing news...just to help anybody plan their transitions and landings.

>:(Somebody really needs to write a very professional letter without disclosing names to Buffalo or CIC higher up's detailing all this delay and nonsense.

Buffalo seems to be expediting other provinces cases quite quick and seems to be throwing Alberta Applicants under the proverbial train.

I don't think it matters what province nominated you.

They categorize files in groups: PNP, FSW and CEC... and deal with them accordingly

hi
I have a question using AVR-
I may need to do landing next month and my H1B extension is pending with INS- can I visit outside US and come back using AVR? They say we should not visit outside USA if H1b renewal or application is pending is that true?

You cannot use AVR unless you have your actual H1B document in hand. I had the same situation and I had to pay the $1,000 to fast track my H1B renewal.

Thanks Lightsinthemist for your diligent research in finding DILSE's timeline.

I guess, Buffalo needs to do much more than just waking themselves up. More than the need for someone sending a professional action request mail, i guess someone one needs to send them a get well soon letter/card. From the pace they are currently working, it does not look like they are in good shape at all.

Officers in Buffalo...Get well soon.

Vbomb

I think it matters, just check the trackers on Trackitt and also the posts in rest of the province forums and you will get the trend.

Anywaz can never really predict anything properly with CIC .

End point remains bunch of 2009 applicants are still waiting and it might be April/May 2011 before they see some light....

Why do they need all these details if we are already approved by AINP after taking into account the details that you mentioned such as paystubs, W2, I797 etc.,

Please advice...
