Just received PPR today from mail. NY consulate requested RPRF Nov.29. Paid it around first week of December and finally the good News!!!

PPR- Received December 18 by regular Mail....

14 months of Processing from AINP to PPR

Given your timeline, I am hopeful to receive mine anytime soon. Infact I sent RPRF by FEDEX on Nov 22 @ NYC Consulate.
Neither got any email or mail from them reg PPR.

Keeping my fingers crossed ( On a lighter note - If Santa is handling my postal mail, then I might not get it before Christmas).
