Barcode on the right bottom side of the envelop . Yes i read on buffalo website that you have to mention height and eye color on the back of the photo ( could not find the link right now )

Changed to "Decision Made" on Nov. 9th (the visa was stamped on the passport on Nov. 8th)

I did my medicals on 01-JULY-2010 @ NJ.
Doctor's office confirmed that they couriered the documents to Ottawa (USPS Regular) on 08-JULY-2010.

I had saved old post and it says: "Please make a copy of the pages you got in mail and don't forget to complete the address and sign in the authorization page(2 times) while sending these along with passports. And also on one page you have to give family members details. "

Another post: " Documents: Passports of all family members, fees, 4 photos of each family member(see special instruction for photos in the PPR documents) that form where u have to write hight and eye color of each family m ember and sign authorization form for visa."

These r old posts and i can't find them now....i had copied & pasted these posts in Word doc..... while i see no one mentioning abt this in recent posts.
Do they still ask for this authorization etc?

this is the first time i am hearing about bank statements asked for pnp. are you sure you are in the pnp stream and not fsw?

Hello ,

my file transferred to LA office on 26th oct . i am seeing that LA office is too slow .No one got any ppr request from there . And who did medical after me and those files are in other consulate office they are gettng rapidly.Even LA office i did not get any confirmation that my file is transferred there .i just checked my E-CAS and showing that ,its got transferred there. :-[

Don't know how long it's going to take.

I am starting to research the medical process, looking at timelines from some other posts...expect my AOR in a few days...

I need to get medical done at Chicago (IL)....because there are no DMPs in Indiana.....

the two DMPs in IL listed on CIC website are Dr. Serafin Veramendi & Dr Boguslaw Chmiel.....

Who is the better of the two ? fee ? submission of medicals ?
