Hey Despo, Thank you so much. I think you will see my post well after you land in Canada. Congrats to you.

Yes - We applied to CIC the same day. Mine had some delays inbetween - with me having to send my newborn's nomination. I am planning to land Jul 3rd. Do keep us posted of your experiences. Good luck and do well.

Cheers,

Do not bail out of the forum yet!!!! We have still more to come even after landing. We would like to hear the experiences including jobs, place to live (Calgary/Edmonton and good areas), schools and so on. Good Luck all!!!!

Yes Avi. I think I am way too dependent on this forum too. I do not foresee bailing out of the forum anytime soon. I will be here for another year and a half. I hope this thread still exists. I do not know anything about this forum beyond this thread. :)

Cheers to you.

Even if CIC wants to send the application back is ther any time frame before which it has to do it?

Folks,

I have a question. I have received AINP nomination and applying in Buffalo office for the next stage. If in say 2 months time I have to leave US and go back to India, what happens to my application? Does it get transferred to New Delhi? Or if it stays in Buffalo office how does stamping work, I am using a lawyer so do I need to be physically be present in US till I get the stamping?

Regards,
kaynyk.
