Who receives the AOR mail from CIC is it the represnting Law firm (if one appointed) or the applicant?

IMMM0008 , I selected Economic class and wrote provenical Nominee in Other block.

Call CIC or AINP to find out more information about adding your wife in the Application or take an advise from a attorney.

hi Seniors, i have a small question here please help.

I got married recently and my wife is still in india, Now in 1 week i will send the doc to CIC. She is still in India.

when i initially applied i applied as single, so now can i include her
and
when they request for medicals if my wife is still in India, can we take medicals from india and send ,

Yes You can add your wife.Have her fill and sign CIC form,then you include copies of your Marriage certificate and copies of her passport and a letter or an email explaining that u got married after you started the process then u mail or fax them to your AINP case officer and then to CIC.Remember to add Police certificates for her when mailing the stuff to CIC. Your case officer will send an e-mail to CIC that they received your request to add your wife and CIC will add your spouse and you'll be good to go.
And yes you can do your medicals in Indian with any of CIC's designated medical practitioners.

An update, my cic application reached buffalo on March 26, the MO is pending to be cashed as of today, takes 1-5 days to be cleared.
how do we get AOR and medical requests? by mail or email?

I got my medical done on 12th March and my doctor send it to Ottawa on 25th March and today i found that still Ottawa has not received my medical. I contacted my doctor and he said Ottawa guys are looking internally. So my question is if medicals are misplaced than do i need to do everything again. and my 60 day stuff was on over on 17th April. but i have already send the receipts from my DMP to newyork as proof of medical done on 12th march. Guys please help me to understand what should i do if they don't get medical by next week ? and can my DMP generate all the reports again and send it back to them or do i need to take medical exam again.

yes you need to notorize first , last page and visa page.

HI i sent letter to my AINP officer reg my wife to introduce in the application, he asked me to contact CIC, can i call them, i mean will they respond to my call and explain..

How you came to know that your medical is misplaced. You called them or you got another letter from buffalo office.

For your below problem - I would suggest you to call to CIC office and get advice from them.

Gigi-2010,

No need to notarize visas, I-797 or anything....Its clearly mentioned in the CIC guides for Provincial nominees.
read the 1st paragraph on checklist for Buffalo...
Only need to notarize the english translations of the certificate copies....

AOR comes by mail....with a receipt of your fee deposit.
Request for medicals may or may not come together with AOR, but typically the request for medicals is received with AOR.

Best way to contact CIC is by email & fax.
email will get you fastest response.
Give your name, File # (if available), address, etc. in the body of email.

Can anyone help me understand in imm0008 Generic " APPLICATION OF PERM RESD In CANADA" CIC form
on "Visa Office Requested for Process Of yout Application" line what to write? do we always write "Buffalo NY" or any other visa office in USA?. I dont find the instructions for this line. I remember reading this somewhere that we can chose any other visa office for file process. I live in St Louis MO, can I write Detroit Michigan isntead of Buffalo? or any one can suggest me which visa office is fast in appication process?
