Did they ask you to do medical after 3 months of AOR date?
Also, could you please mention when CIC started processing your application? (from ecas)
Good luck

NOC Code - 2132
AINP Application received : Dec 06 2009
File # Received : Mar 24, 2009
Nomination Date : 26 Nov 2009
Application Received by CIC: Dec 06 2009
M.O Encashed by CIC: Feb 05 2010
AOR Received: March 05 2010
Medicals Requested: March 05 2010

No. I did not get such a request to do medicals after 3 months. I am not aware how such a request looks like. Is there a separate page that instructs the applicant to not to do medicals before 3 months of AOR date? If yes, can anyone publish the text of that letter?

My ecas status shows that the application processing started on March 04 2010.

I had sent my expired PCCs from FBI and Indian Consulate with the application. I had also mentioned that new PCCs have been requested from Indian Consulate, FBI and the states. I have received them and will be sending them soon. But I have not received a request to get newer certificates.

Dear Senior Members,

Some last minute details required before sending my appl to CIC -

1) According to helpful hints, Cheque should be stapled to 1st page of appl and photo envelopes to be stapled to 2nd page of appl. Does this mean we should not do 2 sided printing ? Is it same for other forms too?
2) If representative is not appointed, should we send the form (IMM 5476) with N/A or it is not required to send the form ?
3) Somewhere in this forum I read that appl was returned because 'Present' was not mentioned in Personal History/Addresses section. Should this be mentioned in 'To Date' column or somewhere else ?

It will be really helpful if someone can answer these questions.

Thanks

Congratulations AB2009IL, It could not have been faster for you! Application processing started on March 4th and AOR was generated March 5th. Bless the person in Buffalo who was handling your case!

I think if you just type "AVR" in search of this forum and hit enter you will get many experiences and information about that.

Hi Seniors,

Any inputs on this ?

This is what I did a year ago.

Yojo,

1) Please print on one side for all forms just to be consistent, I have not seen it specified anywhere on how to print.
But makes more sense to print one sided. (just my view)

2) This is only needed if you had a representative, on the checklist mention ( N/A) not applicable for this and you should be fine.

3) Yes you need to mntion 'Present' for the timelines on the forms where they end at current time. This is mentioned very clearly on the one page information sent by AINP with Nomination, on submission of application to CIC. Please check your Nomination packet and you will see this under 'items to check' before submission to CIC

Hope this helps

Thanks virgos for this information.

3) I am assuming we have to put 'Present' in the To Date column ??

Please someone make things clear in yojo's native language so that he/she is able to understand better.

Come on, a lot of the questions can be answered if you just use common sense and follow the instructions properly or if you care to read older posts on this forum. I hope everyone concurs with the fact that we are here to help each other and not to spoonfeed.

HI nomad_musafir,
This is the list from your previous post. I do have some questions with the list you provided, please suggest..

You have mentioned:
Checklist
AINP letter to CIC
IMM 0008
Schedule 1
Schedule 4
IMM 5406
PCC from India, US FBI, US State PCC,
birth and marriage certs from India,
passport 2 pages,
H1B visa stamps, 2 I-94's, current I-797,
last 3 months bank statements, ------------------ If married do we need to provide bank
statement? (this for common law partner to show their name together, isn't it?)

4 photos in a small envelop, name dob and picture date on 1 photo and on envelop,
cashiers check for USD 930 (2x465). -------------- This should be USD: 510, correct?

Please let me know if my concerns correct. I am about to submit to CIC in AINP category.
