Somewhere between 275 - 400 depending upon which state you are in. This includes X-ray fees. Nurse tip is extra if she "helps" you a lot.

Dear Canadian lover,
I am not familiar with this tipping. Is it legal to tip the nurse? They may be sued for bribery.
Where do you get the information?

How much should we give as a couple ?

You mean they ask you to wear any medical dress or you just take off all your clothes and sleep naked in front of them ?

it sounds funny, but I am serious and appreciate if you could clarify !

Of course Dr don't want you to be a W H O R E unless you want to be. They will give you a green/light blue plastic made thing to wear.

It can't be illegal beacause you are not paying Doctor you are paying nurse because she is kind of helping you. It is just a personal thing, you don't have to.
If you pay doctor then it can be illegal because doctor write your medical report NOT the nurse.

I don't know of any male whores nor have I heard of, anyways .. thanks dude !

Ask Alan Grayson, the Democrat congressman of Florida, he will explain you this slang. He is the founder of slang called "K street Whore". Some people thought he called Ben Bernenke, the Federal reserve Chairman.

Virgos,

thanks for answering my question.

here are responses to yours.

Has your Check/ draft / MO been cashed yet ? MO cashed 03 Feb' 2010

Whats your timeline by the way ? CIC received my application 25 Jan' 2010
NOC? 1111
AINP preassesment ? 21 Nov' 2008
AINP applied 07 Jan' 2009

I called my Bank today and I was told that my MO was encashed on Jan 25.
I had submitted expired PCC, but I guesss CIC is ok with that. I had also not submitted my Birth certificate, which is a formality anyways.
But I would not know unless I get my file number and other relevent information.
:-[
I dont know whats holding it up?
Guys, Any idea when i will hear from them?

It took me ard 3months and 2 weeks to get AOR and request for Medicals. Guess, you could expect similar time lines?

Regarding your expired PCCs and not submitting BC, there is a chance they could ask for it at a later stage (usually during PPR I guess).

Thanks, virgos. I entered your CIC timeline a couple of days ago, so it is online now. And yasenkov's timeline will be updated soon.

6Sigma,
Thanks for the information.
I am assuming, you might be able to answer this- How much time and steps does it take after you submit your medical (what is AOR?), and to finally get your PR card?
A little impatient, and also a lot of career decisions are hanging on this timeline.
