Buffalo stamping inperson is cool and just carry your 4 items, passports, photoes, RPRF ( if not paid already), Email printout. Plan to reach out early like 7.45 am if you want to come out early else they collect your ppts till 11.00 am. Its that simple. You can read my other detail post also.

Hey King80,

Can you tell me when was your passport received by the NY office? And ya since you saw decision made, you dont have to send the photos now. they did accept those.

My passports were recieved on 03/09 by NY. But i had sent new photos to them yesterday. I am curious if that would have any negative effect

A little confused how to send the passport by Fedex...

on the lettter it saying unless it is prepaid from a corporate account, we will not return your documents using any courier services (Fedex, UPS, DHL)./

what i should do using fedex?

I have used USPS express mail to send my documents. I also included on prepaid express mail envelope along with my documnets.

The one you put in with your documents for getting your passports, please remember to put Consulate's Address in the From Section of the Label and Your home address in the To section.
