With God's grace and Blessings i got PPR request FROm NY via email today.

Thanks for all your support till now and moving forward. I wisk you guys get it soon too.

I have question regarding the RPF FEE. I am calculating it based on 550 each for applicant and the spouse. 150 for the Child.

I guess i was thinking i already paid the fee, but that was processing fee.

I am confused that buffalo says : 490 for each applicant and the spouse and dependent children are exemopt.
But if you look at the link for NY, it says "550 each for applicant and the spouse. 150 for the Child"

Please Advice .... I just want to try to send the correct fee.

i think they are going by when the application was filed with CIC....can you let us know when did you send your application to CIC...

I just received an automated reply to my email query about the FBI certs sent in Dec . It states " Your application is under process .We are unable to provide a date by which the processing would be complete ".The most idiotic bunch must be running buffalo centre.I had written specifically asking about the validity of my Dec 2010 certificates and this what comes back by email.

Does anybody have any other idea how to communicate with the buffalo centre.I know they dont take phone calls....

At last I received a PPR email from Buffalo yesterday morning. The email indicates that I should submit my passport before April 1st, 2011 ( just a little over three weeks from now) for visa stamping. It also provides links to information about passport requirements, photographs, height and eye colour, instructions for passport submission, and important notice for family members.

I am ecstatic that the long wait is now almost over. For my time line see left side of my profile. My E-CAS has not changed, it still says that processing began on June 24th, 2010.

Best of luck to all those who are still waiting for PPR..your turn will come soon.
