It is paid to the Consulate Office that is handling your file. The email is pretty self explanatory and they leave nothing to guess. Two photos for every person is reqd.

Avalap: NY is traditionally slower that LA. When I filed my cic, I did my research on Trackit, and I found that some received PPR couple of weeks after the file transfer. I was in CA then, and wished my transferred to LA. Anyhow, it went to NY and waiting eagerly to hear from NY.

Hello Avalap, I submitted RPRF at the time with CIC application. I haven't received anything after the medical request, other than the email that my file has been transferred to NY. I sent you a message in your inbox.

They are so fickle; never know what to expect. Sometimes, they issue a couple of ppr and then they stop for weeks. Hopefully, the new year will bring some good news.

the weather in buffalo has been rough in the last few days. there was icing and snow accumulation. my friends out there were working from home during this week. this could have caused no progress from buffalo.
