That's precisely why I am getting a little concerned. Unlike the pp requests, our AORs and Medicals came in pretty consistently. As long as we keep seeing some progress, I don't mind the wait.lightsinthemist said:Chigirl
Probably they will start sending them in a few weeks...but have to agree it has been quiet for the folks from June-July. I was just wondering what happens if the quota runs out for this year at CIC. Will the applications for this year be rolled over into 2011.I am getting conflicting information on that ,for certain streams like FSW CIC had made them reapply next year in the past ...so just was not sure.
I guess they are currently processing mid July medicals ..mine reached starting 4th aug.chigirl said:That's precisely why I am getting a little concerned. Unlike the pp requests, our AORs and Medicals came in pretty consistently. As long as we keep seeing some progress, I don't mind the wait.
We haven't seen any requests for late June and July medicals.engg said:I guess they are currently processing mid July medicals ..mine reached starting 4th aug.
But I'm sure CIC quota will not finish, at least people who have got file numbers should be safe.chigirl said:We haven't seen any requests for late June and July medicals.

Well, given the numbers in each year are different, but in our tracking sheet I counted 10 people who received their passport requests from CIC between Oct - Dec 2009Manny said:My take:
There is no published status on the quota usage AFAIK. But typically if the numbers run out, it is in Oct/Nov. Folks who have completed their medicals and kind of close to the end of one year completion will be placed on priority and visa will be issued. Most of us are in June/July timeframe and so will not fall under priority. So in the outside and what looks improbable case, if visa numbers run out, we have to wait for Jan for numbers to become available again. Hey - it is much better than having to wait for eternity for EB3 dates becoming current!!
I completely agree with you Manny. Its much more better than waiting for EB3 dates...Manny said:My take:
