I would not suggest you to do that because the Insurance can sue you back ,they usually have very easy procedures to detect it.
However this info might be useful to you if you do decide to proceed.
I am unable to paste links (so google either for Insurance codes or CPT codes..am not sure if that is the DX code)
Doctors bill the insurance using CPT codes (Current Procedural terminology ) ...just do a google search and you will be led to the American medical association website with the database of codes .You will be asked to select region and state .
Eg: I did for texas ,dallas area and X ray
71100 X-ray exam of ribs
71101 X-ray exam of ribs/chest
71110 X-ray exam of ribs
71111 X-ray exam of ribs/chest
71120 X-ray exam of breastbone
71130 X-ray exam of breastbone

Need help with this:
i did the medical exams, and submitted a claim to health provider, but they need the diagnosis code EXAM-DX number to let the claim through. Can anyone provide me with a number so i can get my money back.
Just need to write something in that box, so that i can get my money back. If i call the doctor i did the exams with, they are not going to help me with it since they said these exams are not covered. So i am trying to make it work my self Smiley
