Hello please in your invitation letter what was the duration of their stay. Plus what ties did they have to home country

Hi, we didn't have any ties back to the home country - and I mentioned 7 months in the Invitation letter - for Super Visa.

Hey guys,

I’m applying for my parents super visa this week, and my PR card is getting expired after two months.

Can i still apply without problem? Or i have to first renew my PR card? Is there a rule of having more than 6 months validity on PR card?

As long as you have PR status + you live in Canada, it does not matter if your PR card has expired/is being renewed when your parents apply

i am planning to apply for my mother super visa. Both me and my brother are in canada (no sibling in India) but my mother's brother and sister in India and she is getting family pension. Are these sufficient for the ties to the home country or should i buy return ticket and attached it to my application

I am a Canadian Citizen and my wife is in Canada now on a work permit, we are currently waiting for her PR application to process. I am wondering if it is possible to apply for a Super Visa for her grandmother. We would like for her to come visit, although she isn't related to me by blood, I was wondering if it would be possible since I am a citizen or does it only relate to my wife?

Good Morning Friends,
Planning to apply Super Visa for Mother in Law through consultant,on the cover letter he mentioned 2 years for duration of stay.Is it good to put 2 years or 6 months. Please share your views

Applying for Super visa for parents. Should they go for medical exam upfront to speed up the process or wait for a medical exam request?

Do state a visit of at least 1+ years else the visa office might grant a TRV even if a super visa is requested

Hi, i have a few questions.Does your parents have travel history? Are they retired? Also, did they provide financial bank accounts when they apply?
Im planning to apply for my parents too.
