Only one surname and one given name appearing in IELTS TRF

My husband’s IELTS TRF only displays one surname and one given name. He is the primary applicant.


According to his national ID and passport, he has two given names (let´s say: A1 A2) and two surnames (B1 B2), but his IELTS certificate shows only A1 in First Name and B1 in Family Name. So, it is missing his middle name (A2) and his second surname (B2). Unfortunately, during the registration online when booking the test, he only wrote A1 B1.


Could this be a reason for rejection? Or could it be acceptable if he submit this IELTS TRF, plus an affidavit that attest that he is the same person. The IELTS TRF shows his photo and the National ID number, I don´t know if a LOE plus affidavit could work in this type of situation.

Submit a one and the same person affidavit and LOE and that's it.

I'm in the exact same situation where my given name is different than that in passport. I'm going to attach an one and the same person affidavit and and LoE. Don't worry you should be good
