Only one month process for non-urgent PRC renewal

Hi

For those with NON-urgent application for PRC renewal CIC can issue quicker than timeline stated ( @ the time was 110 days= end of July)

My timeline

Sent recorded delivery 31 March 2014
Rcvd 4 April
Ecas In process on 24 April
Ecas complete on 2 May mailed & rcvd already
