Only one Client ID number?

My family submitted our citizenship application together but have only received 1 client ID number. is this correct?
When I log in to eCAS Only my details show not those of my wife and kids.

I believe that your family file is considered as one file under your name to process all together.

Could you please tell your time line that from where did you apply and when did you apply.

I sent my application off on October 14th 2009 and received acknowledgement letter on March 23 2010.

you could check your family members individual status by using their pr card numbers.

No, I don't think it's processed only as one application, but unlike a sponsorship you don't see other family members' applications on your e-CAS.

Client ID remains the same for life, so you should be able to access their details using that - either from their COPR or PR card.
