At 388 CRS score (Ielts 7.5 , work exp : 1 yr 6 months ) , Currently working in Canada in an IT dept. , been living here for over 3.5 yrs and still this future uncertainty . Won't be able to able in any PNP in 2016 as it requires diploma/degree completed within last two years. Only new rules can save me now .

I dont think there is any criteria that your deploma/degree completed within 2 years for PNP, i completed my degree 10 years ago and i got nomination .... however you need to increase your score somehow till 400 or more ...may be by better IELTS or ECA or anything else .... Good luck ...
 
ëey buddy I understand we are betrayed. I'm in such a despair that we international students with pgwp are given no credits fr staying and here.
 
I think we should go to Syria and come back as a refugee . They were handed over pr cards and health cards on the airports .

Even in our family, a wounded kid gets more attention. I understand your pain. But plz dnt envy them.

no ofence toward them buddy . But do you think people carrying I phones and I pads are refugees? When I saw them I wonder if I should seek help from them . Just a quick question how come govt got 5million dollars for refugees while their homeless people are looking forward to help? Anyway , what I want to say is perm residency is earned , not like not like show up at airport and get it .. no offence. God bleas them .
 
Guys, work on your IELTS and there are PNP programs.

I am sure you can find a way.

With 388 you can easily qualify for other PNPs. Only OINP requires 400 above, so IMHO you have very good chance at PNP.
Except you have a partculat province, and even if you do, sometimes you need to make sacrifices to reach your goal in life
 
I don't know what y'all talking about pnps . I ain't got no hope in pnps and I don't think that I stand any chance in any pnps out there . M living in Ontario . Came here straight after grade 12 , did my diploma here , been working here and my company don't wanna apply for LMIA cuz it's a big ass company and they ain't got no time for going through lmia process . Plz guys anyone gimme one choice that I have other than waiting for rules change .... to clarify my stats are - age : 21 , bands : 7.5 (6.5 , 8 , 7.5 , 8.5 ) , livin in ontario , no degree/diploma backhome , got two brothers (both pr) , no relatives anywhere else .

Like someone said above, try to bump up your ielts scores. Trust me they play a major role in crs points. You have huge scope of improvements, so give it a try and things might turn around for you. If you get into 400 mark, ontario might nominate you. So dont lose heart and give in your best.

Improve your IELTS, learn french or get a degree.
