Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your enquiry.

Your documents have been received and placed on file. No further action is required by you at this time.

Unfortunately, it will take longer to process Federal Skilled Worker applications submitted under the first set of instructions (between February 27, 2008 and June 25, 2010 ) than originally projected.

During this time, the department received applications for more than 425,000 people, and 144,000 of these have not yet received a decision.

This number represents more than twice the number of projected admissions under the Federal Skilled Worker program in 2011, so many of these applicants will have to wait two years or more to be processed. Because they reflect Canada 's current labour market needs, applications under the most recent set of ministerial instructions are processed on a priority basis.

Our office sends immigration decisions and information requests by post or by email to the mailing and email addresses provided in the application. Therefore, it is important that our office be notified immediately of any change of address and contact details.

We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.

my ecas states that it is in-process...the datail states that the medical has been recieved since late september.
i have sent all requested documents on 27 november 2011.
I sent an inquiry to the visa office that replied
"Good morning,

Please be advised that we are currently awaiting the results of background checks for your application. Your medical results have been received and are due to expire on 2012/08/18. We will be in contact with further information in due course.

Kind regards,

Hello buddy,
- For London VO, ppr comes usually by email
-If they already had send anything to you, they would rather mention that in their response which you have received.
-Many people have that same medical time line as you "including myself" and still waiting for ppr. It seems that LVO lags a bit behind others.

hi,
have you got MR request.i am still waiting.

Hi folks,

Hi bigmac,

Apologies for late response. Somehow I stopped receiving notifications for the thread and it fell by the way side. We finally got our MR+RPRF request 2 weeks ago. We had our medicals on 14th February. Our medical result are on its way to London VO. So, it's fingers crossed for PPR.

I wish everyone waiting for some good news all the best and speedy processing

Hi a4architecture,

Any update on your PPR? has anyone got PPR from London recently. What's the average timeframe between Medical received and PPR these days?

I am a new member. Can anybody guide me about my following status;

"Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 6, 2012". Later I wrote to them about change in address to which they replied that 'We have already sent your original documents and our correspondence on 08 february on the address that we had at that time so please arrange collection from the old address"

I have not yet received my original documents and their correspondence. I am curious about what it can be? Fresh updates or medical issued or rejection? Can any body share his/her experiences.

Regards,
