You can do a upfront medical if you are inland applicant, just go to Panel Physician and tell them you need upfront medical done.
Make sure you book a appointment, rest they will guide you.

My BOWP application show on Hold now, i called CIC to check, and they said bowp application will be on hold, until my pr application pass some stage.

I just sent them 204 supporting letter from province, lets see if that help.

As today my current work permit expire.
