It seems that ICES is expecting the documents in a structured manner to get the evaluation done for SMU applicants
Step 1:
Download the file from the below URL https://www.bcit.ca/files/ices/pdf/ices_eca_application_fillable_2016.pdf
Complete the application by referring the sample application from the URL:
https://www.bcit.ca/files/ices/pdf/ices_eca_application_fillable_sample_2015.pdf
Send the clear colour copies of your passport , degree certificate,consolidated and semester marksheets and Other national identification document
like aadhar card to smu.controllerde@smudde.edu.in along with the completed ICES Application form
Step2:
UGC approval notice document for the course that you have taken the admission with SMU, this has to be sent directly from the SMU controller smu.controllerde@smudde.edu.in to ICES along with the documents
Degree certificate,Consolidated and semester marksheets,your passport copy, aadhaar card copy,your completed ICES application form in a sealed envelope via courier to be below address.
c/o ICES 3700 Willingdon Avenue, Burnaby BC V5G 3H2 Canada
Additionally the soft copy of the above documents should be emailed to icesinfo@bcit.ca directly from smu controller (smu.controllerde@smudde.edu.in) ; email subject should have

Your name-xxxxx
Your roll number- 122323233
Your specification details for MCA ,MBA -IT , BBA ,BCA etc.
