Only 4 Pictures - FSW?

Hi all
Please can you tell me if i only need to send 4 pictures for each family memeber or also have to past also on the application form in the given space?

Depends on where you are sending.

You will have to read your visa office specific document for the photo requirement. If you are to send your form to buffalo .. you need to paste a picture on the application and attach 4 pictures. This applies to all applicants in your case.

So lets say if you are a family with 2 kids

1. Your pic pasted on the form + 4 attached pics.
2. Your spouses pic pasted on the form + 4 attached pic
3. Child 1 pic pasted on the form + 4 attached pictures
4. Child 2 pic pasted on the form + 4 attached pictures


If you are sending to the centralized intake office .. then you need not attach not paste any pictures. Hope this answers. If you are still not clear please ask in this forum.

You DONT past the pictures on the form, read the instructions,

Take the Photo Specifications sheet (found in Appendix B of the Visa Office specific instructions) to a photographer.

Ask the photographer to provide you with the number of photos required in Appendix A of the Visa Office specific instructions for yourself and each family member.

On the back of one photo of each person, write the name of the person in the photo and his or her height and eye colour.

Enclose the photos of each person in an envelope and seal the envelope.
5
Write your name and date of birth on the outside of the envelope

Actually i am sending the form to London not buffalo and in the visa office specific instructions for london it does not say paste on the forms. So i believe i just need to send 4 pics each in a sealed envelops as mentioned.

I just sent the complete set of documents last week.

What should I do? I pasted 1 and send 4 additional photo's without putting it in an envelope and without writing the height and eye color behind? I sent it only 4 days back... can I resend just that form with photos?
