Only 3 months left on PGWP - How do I convince my new employer for endorsement?

I received my PGWP this Feb 2024 which is set to expire soon in 2025.

I WASTED my time with a toxic company for 5 months till I thankfully got a Temporary job offer at a nursing home recently this August. I worked with them till end of October as part of the contract until I applied to another location (same company) and was thankfully hired to start.

The only problem is, my current hours at the new location is part-time which is not enough for the AIP requirement. My anxiety made me keep applying to new internal positions so now I secured a 65hr biweekly schedule BUT it's contractual so the position ends on March 2025 then I'll be back to my permanent part-time position afterwards. This new schedule would also only begin by the end of November.

It's now the 1st week of November and there's other papers I need to obtain which would take me a few weeks. Only 3 months and a few days left till my permit expires on February 2025.

I've been so stressed, I'm doing everything I can but there's always something that does not go to plan.

What should I do?

Do you mean Atlantic program? Are they a designated employer? If so ask for a full time job, permanent job offer to support your PR.

Yup it is a designated employer.

I actually did get a 60hrs+biweekly position but it's temporary which ends on March 2025. I indicated on my email that my permit is going to expire on February 2025 but my manager did not address it directly. He only congratulated me and said that the job offer could turn into a permanent full time one.

I'm too scared to tell/ask my employer about my situation bc I've only been with this new location for 2 weeks and more

Your decision what to do, and when to ask for support. Job must be full time.

Do you want to immigrate to Canada or not? Based on your answer, you know what you must do.
