Online Wes application through Osmania University

Hi all,
I have a query, I recently applied for transcripts online for WES through Osmania University.
In the address bar I did not mention the Wes Reference Number because there was no such option asked , I uploaded my Wes form though.
Will this cause any problem, I am not sure if the University will put the reference number on the envelope.

Could you please let me know the outcome? Was the process successful without the WES Reference number? Also, how long did the university take to send your transcripts to WES? How did you track it?
