Online waiting times improving

Hey guys, I've been noticing a trend of online waiting times improving at least for TRV.
I applied online (Currently in the USA) on March 18 and got a request for my passport on April 6.

I remember like a week ago, another person from the USA also reported a similar waiting time. Dont know if this is USA specific or in general (which would be the best)
Just wanted to share that with you guys

Thanks for responding to my question on the earlier thread. Yes even I have experience the improved Online TRV processing time.

Date Applied: March 18th
Date Passport Reuested: Apr 7th ( Exactly 3 Weeks after applying)

Thank god I have to travel on 18th.. I will send the passport tomorrow and keep my fingers crossed.

Visa apply date: 12-March-2013
Passport request from Embassy: 1-April-2013 (3 weeks)
Passport sent to LA Consulate: 2-April-2013
Passport received by LA consulate: 3-April-2013

no information yet since the barcode of return envelop is inactive

We have similar timelines.
Passport request from Embassy: 27-Mar-2013
Passport received by LA Consulate: 28-Mar-2013
no response yet. I noticed some folks who sent passports on 2-Apr got it by 5-Apr (i have noticed LA usually sends ppt back in 2-3 days). but mine is over 10 days now. Pls keep us posted if u get any updates.

Did you send USPS Express flat rate return envelope. Usually I was thinking LA return time is fast, but I see delay for your case.

Hi all,

I also have been waiting very long after sending my passport.

Applied: March 5th
Received email requesting passport: March 27th
Sent passport : March 27th
Passport received: March 28th

My USPS return express envelope shows no status online so far. Will keep you all posted if I hear something.
