Online Visitor Visa App from Riyadh: Applied One month ago and still No feedback

I am a Filipino citizen working in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. I applied online for a visitor visa last 1 February 2016 and according to cic.gc website processing times from Riyadh is 18 days. I am sure that I have complied with all the requirements, I also have a secured attached round trip tickets from US to Canada (I am travelling to Riyadh, New York & Canada). Today is 6 March 2016 and my application status is still "not started". My flight is on 8 April 2016.

Will I get it on time? I'm afraid this will ruin my itinerary.... help!

Hello po. I know this post is 3 years ago but just a question po. If you are an expat here in Saudi and has a valid iqama (residence permit) what should you put as a status in the form IMM5257? Is it a permanent resident or worker? and how about the dependents? what should their status be? if you also put worker, it is asking for the dates, however, we only have an expiration date in the iqama. Hope you could help me. Thank you.
