Online visit visa application from Pakistan

Hi,

My mother is a Pakistani citizen and living in Pakistan. She has applied visit visa using online visa application system. It has been 4 months now without any status update. She only paid CAD100 visa application fee and they did not ask bio-metric fee. Could you please advise if Pakistani residents can apply online for temp. resident/Visit visa and is it normal that 4 months have been passed without any update?

SHE SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED THE BIOMETRIC LETTER IN THE ONLINE PROFILE AS IT IS NECESSARY FOR PAKISTANI VISIT/SUPER VISA...UNTIL THEY R SUBMITTED THE CASE WILL NOT MOVE FORWARD AND IT WILL BE INCOMPLETE.

BUT BECAUSE SHE DID NOT SUBMIT THE BIOMETRIC FEE AT THE SAME TIME WHEN SHE SUBMITTED THE APPLICATION FEE THAT MIGHT BE THE REASON IF YOU DID NOT GET THE BIOMETRIC LETTER IN UR ONLINE PROFILE...

CONTACT VISA OFFICE AND ASK THEM HOW TO PROCEED.

They only asked CAD100 fee when she applied online. She tried to send email inquiries but nobody is guiding about this. Should she call Canadian Embassy ISB?
