Hi dear,
I have a quick question.
while applying online, applicant has to sign in application form and family details form?
I heard while applying online signature is not needed.
I am applying for my parents online from Canada that they are not in Canada.
The are not good in Computer. Can I apply online on behalf on my parents?

The form IMM5257 cannot be signed. If you sign it, you cannot upload a scan in the CIC system. It must be validated only, then saved as pdf, then uploaded. Other forms must be signed, and re scanned.

The application forms do not need to be signed but they need to sign the use of 'family member as a rep' form giving you permission to handle the applications on their behalf.

I am applying for my parents to Canada.
Parents have property but it's not able to evaluate the property. Parent's House is broken and damaged. Village representatives are busy for helping people.
If I sponsor my parents in Canada, do my parents have to have the bank balance in Nepal in this situation.
I am waiting reply.
