But it made me pay 2 times for the same application. Isn't that a problem ?

How do you know you paid two times? It won't show on your credit card balance until tomorrow, so check your balance tomorrow and see if you actually paid the $150 fee twice.

Received sms 2 times. We get immediate sms response from the bank upon any activities on the credit card

Usually credit card statments are updated within 2 business days so in the end cic would have not xharged u at all cuz of their broken system.

u cud check for the support team to reply as uv notified them already

even if they charge you two times, dont worry the second transaction will automatically rejected by cic system, because they cant get paid twice for same application. however, refunds can take 1 month or more

That's the issue. I am stuck now. I am not sure whether to apply or not now. What if I apply again, pay the fees and the application doesn't get submitted like before?

@Neez

Did you try deleting that application and starting a new one all over again? If not, try it and do let us know the outcome. Would be of some help.

A bit of experience I would like to share regarding this. I have tried for the 3rd time and am relieved that I have succeeded. This time I had deleted the old application and started a new one. Had no issue or error at all with the uploading of documents that I had faced yesterday. It all went smoothly. Finally the payment was done for the 3rd time and application also submitted. A huge risk I had taken !!! But feels a lot relieved and stress free. Hope this experience helps others with similar problems. Will keep this thread updated about the refund that I requested for the previous 2 payments.

Cheers till then :)

Trying deleting all your browser history including cookies, cash and browsing history... I had the same problem and deleting my history solved it.

I deleted all the cookies and changed several browsers such as chorme, IE, firefox and safari, but all efforts failed. :( :(
