Online TRV/ Visit Visa Application for parents

Hi,

My parents are in India and I want to apply for their visit visa online. I had a few queries and would appreciate some guidance.
1. Do I apply for their visit visa using my GC Key Account or create a new one for them?
2. Is it okay for me to create their GC Key Account and do the entire application process from Canada as it can be done online.
3. VFS offices in India are currently closed or have limited service, will my application process not begin if biometrics is not done initially?

They need their own account. Visitors have not been able to do their biometrics in India for over a year. Most have travelled to UAE or Nepal which isn’t possible at the moment I believe. Indian offices only functioning at partial service. No processing won’t continue past biometrics until they have done their biometrics.

Thank you. Can I create their GC Key account from Canada while they are in India and submit the application on their behalf using the Use of Representative form?

Yes
