Hi Friends,

Please help,

I am trying to apply TRV online for my Mother in-law and Father in-law but the confusion is Mother in-law is a house wife in India and Father in-law is working in UAE (Abudhabi).

I am in Canada and i am planning to apply for them online. How can i do this? In invitation letter, which visa office should i address?

What is the best way ?

Hi Dileep,

Your mother-in-law will have to apply separately to an India visa office, whereas your father-in-law will have to apply to the Abu Dhabi visa office. If (for example) your FIL is visiting India shortly then you can apply for both of them at an India visa office.

Your invitation letter(s) will be addressed to the appropriate visa office(s)

@A.KARIM: 70 days (if you have applied from Pakistan)

@India90: You may get a decision after the Diwali holidays

Nov 8 2015: Update mail(nothing was updated in myCIC).
Nov 9 2015: Update mail(nothing was updated in myCIC).
Nov 16 2015: Additional docs: sent additional docs. In IMM5257, i mentioned the purpose of visit- H4 stamping. Later i received I-20, so i send them F1 visa appointment booking confirmation and told them about the change.
Nov 19 2015: Update, asking to send passport for further processing.
Nov 19 2015: Passport send(LA VAC).
Nov 20: Update mail(nothing was updated in myCIC).

Hi Everyone,

I start this topic in regards of my wife's visitor visa application.

I am current leaving in Regina, Canada and my wife is in Pakistan. We have our anniversary in January and we are planning to celebrate together in Canada. Now the caught. I have already applied for PNP PR in June and got my AOR in August but as PR process is running (actually slowly walking), i don't expect my PR before next April or May. Now to make my situation worst currently i am on implied status.

My wife already applied 3 times in past but got rejected every time with one reasons that she won't comeback again. So this time i am looking for a good lawyer who can help me making her application file.

Any suggestion and advice will highly appreciated

19/Nov/2015: Your application(xxxxxxx) has been updated
21/Nov/2015: Your application(xxxxxxx) has been updated


plz advise if it is normal ? and how many more emails to expect a decision ?
