Online Trv says please submit passport but not sure where to send passport

Hi all,

Online application status says we are processing your application.
And

Final dicision says Your application was approved. You need to send us your valid passport to finalize your application. Check messages below.

But there is no new message.?

How can I figure out where to send passport Greece doesn't have a Canada embassy. So it would be Rome italy.

You are right, you will have to courier your passport to Italy:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/submit-envoyer/offices-bureaux-eng.asp

You have the option to send it to the VAC in Italy or directly to the Canadian Embassy in Rome.

Thanks a lot but they haven't sent me an email with letter and it still says in process. On the final decision it says submit passport and see new messages but there is no new message should I wait or contact CIC that I have not received a passport submit letter.

I believe a lot of people on this forum experience this. You may probably want to contact CIC to alert them you do not have a letter. I think you are within your right to do so to clarify conflicting information.

Thanks a lot Bellaluna, Italy visa office response within 5 hours and emailed the letter direct in the email to submit passport. They also apologized for their inconvenience. So we will send our passport tomorrow to Rome. The letter date was July 31, 2017 we have only 20 more days to submit passport.

It's OK if your online account is not yet updated. Just proceed with the submission with the letter that was emailed to you.
Good to know they responded quickly.
