Visiting my brother and also attending a conference which is every month move to next month due to covid.

thanks, since i mentioned for Christmas as lat time i celebrated with them it was 10 years ago but incase they taking longer my travel date would pass. Dont know if its advisable to apply or not. as i mentioned my tavel date as 11 DEC and i yet to apply. since GC key was down yesterday

It depends on visa office you apply. Some of my friend got visa approval in 3days onlt however some in 3 months but that time Covid vas not exists. Now for sure it will take longer. You can email the visa office to consider your application but no guarantee.
