Online Timeline Application for Visitor Visa July 2018

I am visiting my friend to canada for learn some advance music production techniques and for tourism, can I state this for purpose of visit? I have invitation letter of my friend and clearly mentioned about my purpose of visit and he would like to teach me that without any expectations also i will stay at his home for entire trip. Is that fine? Applying for 2 weeks.. senior members and other who have info please help me. Thanks

I applied for Visitor Visa from Karachi Pakistan on 11th July 2018 I Receive Email from VFS that your " Your processed passport has been forwarded to the Canada Visa Office, ISLAMABAD on 12/07/2018. " Since then no response How long does it take to Process Application Thanks

Have Schengen or UK visa and some Asian countries.

I’m an airline employee. Been to US, europe, south africa, asia, uae, visa from australia. 4years in doha. I applied online this week. Hopefully I wont get delayed result. Do you know anyone from Qatar who also applied trv online?

hope you will get decison in a month . my application was so different they made decision on 21 august and i got refusal mail on 4 October . dont know why .

How did it happen that you were advised too late? One of my friends applied online she got the decision after a month. But I heard it’s quite strict here in Qatar but I’m hoping to have a positive to result.

One my frnd got Canada trv after 45 days tht was offline application He has Vaild US b1/b2 + He was docter in Hamad hospital his profile was totally strong.

Hi Guys, it seems the TRV is taking more than 60 days these days if you're applying from the States. Is that correct?
I submitted an application for a friend on Dec 21, 2018. No movement at all.
Last time when I submitted the application (June 2017), we got response within 10 days.

i myelf filled up all the application and submitted to vfs. submitted on Aril 11th and recieved passport with visa on may 3rd.
