Online Status check, what will be the next update

hello i received my file number and i checked the status online, i applied as fsw

it says application received on date xxxx, 2012

what will be the next update on my online status and when can i expect it

i want to know that when i put my status details it says that it doesnt have any info to show but 20 to 25 days back when i checked it it showed that the case is in process, thats wrong what should i do in this regards pls help me , thanks

Hira, sometimes the system is down. I suggest you try again after a couple of days and you'll be able to check the status. Just relax

Hira, just like now said, just relax, you are experiencing System failure or down and thus Server was giving you incorrect report.

thank u so much but just tell me one thing that there is one option to log out if i or someone else log out the system by mistake can i log in it again , all by myself or need to involved the web tech????
