Finishing up with my online Visitor Visa application and I an getting this message:

Our Online Services Are Currently Down
System-generated error code:ALZB18RU
Sorry
This on-line service is currently not available.
Possible reasons::
We are currently updating this Web site.
We are experiencing technical difficulties.
Please try again later.

This has been going on for many many days now.
Anybody have any ideas what the problem is... and when it might be fixed.

Hi. I share your pain. I've trying for 6 days, getting the same error message. I have tried everything to no avail... until now! In the questionnaire for extending the visitor visa I didn't completely fill in a birthdate. I only included the year. I went back and filled it in fully, including the day and month. The next time I tried to upload the IMM5708E pdf document, it worked!!! I am sooo relieved. I hope this info helps someone out there. Good luck!
