Online renewal of PR Cards - For Children/Minors

Can anyone please share their experience or recommend on these points for a child's PR renewal applications

1. Does one need to create a separate portal account to submit a renewal application for a child
2. Document Checklist mentions additional documents for minors and it says

If you are under 18 years old:

• a photocopy of your birth certificate, adoption or legal guardianship document issued by a Canadian court, or
• a photocopy of your school records (report cards, transcripts, attendance records)

It seems like they are asking for either of the two documents (birth certificate or school docs). To be safe I am planning to include copy of relevant report cards along with birth certificate. Is this sufficient, not sure where to get attendance records from. The ON provincial report cards do record absent days in the report card.

1. You can send up to three application within one portal account; you need to finish one, submit, then you can add a new one;
2. Anything can prove kid's study activity is good, don't worry about this. But make sure it shows your current address...
