Online Payment Receipt

This might be a very stupid question, but on the online payment receipt that CIC sends to you, it has blank spaces for you to fill in "name" "client date of birth" "address" "client ID" "phone number".

The question that has been tearing at me is:

Who's name do I put? Sponsors, applicant, or name from credit card?

Same with address???

and what about client ID?

Any and all information would help! Thanks

I put sponsors name. Sponsors address. Client ID can be left blank.

I believe it is supposed to be the Sponsors information on the receipt, however, we put my (the sponsored spouse) information and address on the form (not knowing any better) and as of yet, I have not had or heard of any problems with it. We have passed sponsorship approval and our app is currently with our visa office (Seattle transferred from Buffalo). I think/hope as long as it is either the sponsor or sponsored persons name they accept it.
