My husband who is my sponsor does not have a credit card but I do so I was wondering would it be ok for me as sponsored spouse to pay online using my credit card for the application?

Yes. It doesn't matter who pays the fees.

Be sure you include a copy of the receipt with your application (and print a copy for your records as well).
