Online Payment not available

All the documentation I have prepared and I just tried to pay these fees,but it just said 'SORRY ...this on-line service is currently not available'
I wont pay by paper, it will waste one more week. Is there anyone face a same problem? so what can I do ?

I believe the system went down for maintenance. I saw a warning message a while ago.

Oh! no! I just paid it but it 'SORRY' again ,and my account had reduced money but I did not receive any receipt!!!!

Did you check your email for a receipt? It might not come instantly.

Nope....Nothing......and i click the 'View all receipts' said 'There are no results to be displayed.'

Just search for this in your email "epayment@cic.gc.ca"

I'd give it a while to sort itself out or you'll have to call them.
