Online payment for my son's proof of citizenship certificate.

Hi, I'm trying to pay for my son's proof of canadian citizenship certificate becuz he was born in the US. I'm a Canadian citizenship as well and I'm in the US now. I filled out the application already but trying to pay online to print out the Fees Receipt (IMM 5401) and after entering my US address and credit info, I got a error message that said, payment failed transaction unsuccessful. I have money in my account…LOL. I also tried to order the "Fees Receipt (IMM 5401)" but they can only mail it within Canada not the US.

So, is there anybody who has an idea what can be done to get the receipt? Pls help me out here. Thank you.

in most cases, it will give an error message because you are entering your address on the cic website slightly differently then how its written in your credit card bank info.
make sure its exaccccctly the same and you should be fine!
