Online payment for Citizenship

Hi,
I have been how trying to make the payment online for my citizenship but every time it says transaction failed. I even registered myself by entering the email and password. I tried calling CIC for assistance but I get the message every time that we are busy and unable to transfer the call.

The other method of paying is ordering the payment form and pay at bank but it is a lengthy one and I dont want to go for that.

Any idea how can I pay the fee online?

Try calling your bank and ask them to not reject this payment, if they can. Or try using a different card.
I paid it with my master card and no problem.

Or simply ask a friend to pay online for you, and pay him/her back by cash or check

If you order the payment form by mail, you'll get it within a week and you can pay the same day. I don't think is that lenghty.
