Online Open Work Permit Application from Outside Canda

Hello guys!
I have a quick question, I just want to make sure of this, if I am I am currently outside of Canada (Nicaragua) can I apply to the Open Work Permit online?, I did the test to see if I'm elegible to apply online for an Open Work Permit and the test says yes, according to your experience if you are outside Canada do you recommend to apply online or better on paper?

I think it should be possible and it is also the easiest way to apply. If I was you and not in hurry, I'd definitely go for the Online application. and it is also quicker.
